Counselling and Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

Treatment models offered include a bio psychosocial model using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioural frameworks. We offer a harm reduction approach through a multi-disciplinary team. Group counselling. Clients attend follow up appointments with a medical staff for medications. Consultations and treatment for individuals wanting to change their tobacco use. Phone consultation for health care practitioners. Serve special populations including pregnant women, clients with mental health and/or addiction issues, as well as clients with serious medical issues.
