Case Management - Mental Health

Program Description

Services are provided to support Indigenous youth to transition from the child welfare system into adulthood.

Services include supporting those with substance use issues, mental health case management, individual and family support, information and support groups, outreach, advocacy and linkage with community resources.

Access Information

Referral by individual, family/friends, professional or other organizations.

Youth who are either: A crown ward, under a legal custody order, or in a customary care agreement; eligible to receive the Renewed Youth Supports (RYS) at ages 16 and/or 17, whether or not the youth received it.
