Peer/Self-Help - Substance Use

Program Description

Group and individual peer support services for adults living with mental health and/or substance use issues.

Services are offered by trained and certified peer support workers. No intake and no waitlist to join drop-in group services. Short-term individual peer support is available to people who attend our groups. Variety of drop-in and registered group programs focused on wellbeing, recovery, and connection through shared lived experience. Program also offers entrepreneurship support and healing through the expressive arts programs.
