Program Description

The Supportive Housing Program assists individuals with substance use issues who are homeless, at risk of being homeless, or are marginally housed who want to make positive changes in their lives. The program provides stable housing linked to support services and intensive case management that is flexible to meet individuals' needs, goals and service plans.
