Program Description

Court Supportive Housing assists individuals who are in conflict with the law, have a mental illness, and are homeless or at risk of being homeless. Subsidies are provided to help clients access safe and affordable housing, and a case manager provides long term housing and mental health support.

Access Information

Anyone may refer, including individuals themselves. Individuals may call for an appointment or attend in person.

A referral form should be completed which is available at CMHA Thunder Bay office.
