Peer/Self-Help - Mental Health

Program Description

Peer group discussions are held on a variety of interesting and relevant topics. Numerous programs are led by consumers in a peer environment, including personal growth classes, and a peer discussion group. Other activities include discussion groups, knitting, crocheting, quilting, and chess.

Access Information

Call for referral. Referrals are assessed through the Psychosocial Rehabilitation program. Individuals must have a confirmed mental health diagnosis. Referrals may come from psychiatrist, hospitals, community mental health organizations, any community organization, family, or self. This program provides services to individuals with a severe, moderate, or mild mental health illness.
