Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT)

Program Description

The Summit ACTT Program serves individuals with a serious mental illness who require intensive follow-up services provided in their community. Summit ACTT has the ability to assess, prescribe, dispense, administer, monitor, and evaluate medications. Multidisciplinary team includes: psychiatric, nursing, occupational therapy, social work, vocational, addiction, peer support and mental health worker expertise.
