Frontenac Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) is a multidisciplinary team which provides outreach, individualized treatment, ongoing and continuing services, linkages, and includes a monitoring and evaluation component. Assertive community treatment is a client-centred, recovery-oriented mental health delivery model that facilitates community living, psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery for persons who have a serious mental illness, have severe symptoms and impairments, and have not benefited from traditional outpatient programs.

The Crisis Services program offers mental health crisis support and intervention to individuals in the community via telephone crisis line and by walk-in during office hours. This program provides referral and other community resource information. A mobile crisis team may respond if indicated.

Offers family members of persons with mental health issues education and support they require to support their family member. Provides educational material and information about local resources and services to family members, professionals and to the general public.

Provides standardized psychosocial and risk assessments, and referrals to internal and external services.

Case Managers work with individuals who have mental health or addiction issues and are living independently in the community. Services are designed to assist individuals in their home, work, school and social environments. Case Managers provide goal-oriented and individualized supports focusing on improved self-sufficiency.
Case management can assist with:
- Development of problem solving and coping skills.
- Development of skills for budgeting and personal care as well as time, anger and stress management.
- Learning about mental illness or addiction and symptom management.
- Connecting to other community supports and services.
- Interactions with landlords, Public Trustees, ODSP or other services.
- A consulting psychiatrist is available for consultation around medication and treatment options.

The Court Support Service provides post-charge advocacy and linkage to organization and community supports for individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness who commit minor offences.

Provides assessment, transitional case management, advocacy, referral, court support, family support, and access to psychiatry to individuals who are in the provincial correctional facility (Quinte Detention Centre). Individuals who are in the facility and have self-identified or have been identified as having a mental health issue are eligible for this program. The program is voluntary in nature.
