Type Of Service

Public Awareness - Mental Health

Program Description

The program conducts health promotion activities designed to enhance the mental well-being of individuals in our community.

Our goal is to promote good mental health, address the stigma of mental illness through educational initiatives and to assist community members in developing skills to enhance their own mental health, or to assist others in this process, (i.e. workshops and training sessions).

We hold a family support group for those who have someone in the family with a mental illness (coping skills, mutual support).
