Program Description

The mental health program provides individualized care for persons of all genders experiencing mental health challenges.

- Reproductive Life Stages Program, provides assessment and short-term treatment for individuals experiencing new or recurrent mental health problems during the reproductive life stages (menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum and the menopausal transition).

- Trauma Therapy Services provides trauma-focused therapy to individuals who have experienced childhood trauma. This service is for individuals residing in the "M" postal code area. Healthcare professionals may access training.

- Trauma Therapy Network of Ontario provides trauma-focused therapy to individuals who have experienced childhood trauma. This service is for individuals residing in the non-M postal code areas. Healthcare professionals may access training.

Access Information

Referral from a physician or nurse practitioner is required.
Referrals are completed by filling out the referral form available on the website and returning it by fax.
