Program Description

Quintin Warner House is a residential program for men who struggle with addiction. Each client is assigned a primary worker for individual counselling to liaise with outside agencies and assist with referrals, client-directed goal setting, and individual treatment plans.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources. See website for referral package. Emails are preferred method of contact, phone calls also accepted.
ADAT or GAIN-Q3 assessment is required. Interested applicants who reside in London, but do not have a completed required assessment may be referred to Streetscape to have it completed. Call to inquire.
