Program Description

Community programming, health promotion, and education related to social issues that promote healthy lifestyles based on Indigenous teachings.
A Wellness worker provides wrap around care. The type of support varies based on the needs of the individual.

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.

Services for youth of the Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation. Referrals from other Nations are also accepted.
