Program Description

Staff provides support to people with serious mental illness who are involved in the criminal justice system and require assistance in locating affordable and suitable housing. Support is provided to maintain housing and assist in the prevention of future involvement with the criminal justice system.

Access Information

Anyone can refer. Interested individuals can book an intake appointment through our office. Individuals must have a mental health or substance use diagnosis.
