Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Provides long term supportive housing to single individuals living in the Toronto area who require a high level of support.

House Of Compassion is appropriate for individuals who are living with a severe and persistent mental illness, qualify for rent geared to income accommodation, require and desire the level of support that we provide (i.e. must not be eligible for chronic or other institutional care) and are ambulant (including being able to independently climb stairs, get in and out of a bathtub, open doors).

Access Information

Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
