Program Description

An inter-professional team provides flexible service tailored to the individual needs of a person.
Services that include:
- Assessments, medication monitoring
- Psycho-education, skill building focus with opportunity to engage with Recovery College and Illness Management Recovery (IMR) individual/groups
- Behavioral activation groups
- Smoking cessation programming
- Psychotherapy (CBTp, Cognitive Remediation and Family Intervention Therapy)

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from a medical doctor, healthcare professional or by self-referral.
Referrals are through Ontario Shores Central Intake.

Inclusion Criteria:
- Formal diagnosis of Psychosis NOS, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorders
- Evidence of persistence of illness (present greater than 6 months)
- May demonstrate evidence of impaired functional ability
