Program Description

A residential program for male youth who are homeless and lack resources. The program provides a safe environment where the youth can work on developing the necessary skills for independent living. The program is for clients who require moderate support in a supportive housing setting. The program is divided into three co-op houses with five residents each. The clients are required to meet with their case manager weekly to work on their care plans, including goal setting.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
