Support Within Housing - Mental Health
Victoria Street Place provides transitional supportive housing for up to 12-months. The 7-bed home is a cooperative living environment, in which adult residents will share the responsibility of managing the household. The Residential Team provides 8 hours of support per day, 7 days a week, which includes recovery-oriented support services in the following areas: achieving goals, skill building, coping with mental illness, navigating community services and assistance with securing housing.
Self-referrals accepted.
Call, walk-in or complete the on-line form to initiate contact and arrange for an intake.
An intake assessment includes a discussion of opportunities, desired outcome and possible referrals to supports and services provided internally or by other community organizations. The intake worker is also available to assist with issues that require brief service and to provide general information and assistance to family members.
An individual must be experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
