The Rehabilitation Services team supports individuals with a mental illness to promote mental health recovery and assist in creating a plan to build on strengths and skills for finding work, a hobby, or making connections with the community.

Services include:

- Recreation Therapy
- Personal Care
- Creative Arts Therapy
- Physiotherapy Services
- Music Therapy

Professional and self referrals are accepted. Call, email, or walk in to set up an intake with a Rehabilitation Counselor.
