Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health

Program Description

Patients referred by emergency department and family physicians having urgent mental health needs, which might otherwise require hospitalization. Assessment and consultation with diagnosis, disposition to treatment with possible referral to appropriate hospital programs or community-based programs and resources.

Access Information

Physician's referral is required. Must have physician complete external referral form, which would be given to the Centralized Access Point to triage and schedule.
