Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Offers permanent housing and housing support. The program is offered to women and men, 16 and over, who have a serious mental illness and are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. Permanent housing is offered through a rent supplement program. Case management is provided to assist clients to maintain housing, address recover goals and access community resources and services.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.
Referrals are made to SHIP's central intake department.
