Peer/Self-Help - Mental Health
The Regional Warm Line is a pre-crisis telephone support service that offers a listening ear and peer support.
Warm Line staff have experienced their own mental health challenges and turn to their experiences as well as training in peer support,
Anyone across northeastern Ontario can call directly to the phone line for peer support.
The Warm Line is available to anyone feeling lonely, isolated, anxious, depressed, etc., and/or seeking connection and support from an empathetic listening ear.
