Program Description

Alpha Court operates two apartment blocks with one and two bedroom apartments. Seventy percent of the units are dedicated to those with a severe mental illness, most of whom have received case management support. All units are geared to income.

Access Information

Individuals may have their name placed on the waiting list by completing a housing application with their worker. Referrals are processed through the Access Point Northwest.

Priority is given to those most in need, including victims of family violence and those at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Those who are on the wait list can access supports through the Case Management program while they are waiting for housing.
