Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH)

Program Description

Addictions supportive housing for individuals who are living with problematic substance use issues and who are high users of emergency services. Through the rent supplement program, singles and women-led households can access housing units and follow-up support. Units are available in dedicated or mixed-income buildings.

Eligibility criteria:
- severe and active substance use challenge
- homeless or marginally housed
- qualify for a housing subsidy under the criteria set by the Ministry of Health
- high-intensity service use (emergency department visits, withdrawal management system admissions, hospitalizations, contacts with the justice system).

Saturday - Sunday: Open 24 hours
On-call after hours service is available for maintenance emergencies or mental health crisis support.Main Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Support staff are available during regular office hours.
