Program Description

The program is designed to support persons with problematic substance use or concurrent mental health and substance use issues who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or are considered inadequately housed.

Access Information

Referrals for the Long-term housing program come from the County of Wellington Housing Stability Working Group and individuals need to be on the County of Wellington By-Name List (BNL). Community organizations are encouraged to connect the homeless individuals they support to the County of Wellington By-Name List (BNL) through Housing Stability at the County of Wellington.
