Program Description

This program provides mental and physical health assessment, screening, monitoring, education and support for patients being treated with Clozapine, as well as monitoring, assessment and the administration of long-acting injections for patients with schizophrenia or related psychotic disorders.

Access Information

Referrals are made internally and externally through central intake and triage and must be affiliated with a William Osler Psychiatrist.
