Intensive/Day Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

The intensive program adapts to the needs of the client whose substance use and/or technology use becomes problematic. The morning is reserved for the academic component of the youth treatment program, with a full-time teacher on-site. The therapeutic component includes individual and group therapy, clinical workshops and recreational activities. Program components for families include family therapy, parental counselling, parental educational group and referrals as necessary. After discharge from this program, follow-up is provided to the client by the psychotherapist implicated in the transition phase.

Access Information

Self referrals accepted. The majority of the youth are referred to this intensive program by the school administration or assessment agencies. Individuals are admitted following an assessment. Call or email for information.
