Services are provided to the members of the community in a manner that respects:
- the person's right to choose
- cultural, spiritual and traditional beliefs
- the person's needs and values
- personal strengths and abilities

The program operates within a case management model providing:
- support to individuals and their families
- life skills training
- education on substance use and mental health
- support and advocacy for the client
- referrals to appropriate services

Referral by self, professional, or other organizations.

Referrals can also be made through First Nations Health Centres.
