Program Description

Long Term Residential program for individuals with a serious mental illness who may have physical health concerns and who need access to 24-hour supports and clinical interventions for an extended period of time. Supports are provided in a home-like environment and interactive community setting by a multidisciplinary team including nursing staff, personal support workers, and mental health workers.
