Program Description

Individuals that are experiencing an extreme psychosocial distress, severe mental illness and/or concurrent disorder.

Access Information

This service can be accessed via Reach Out 24 hours a day, walk-in service during business hours at the Strathroy office, or walk-in service at the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital emergency department. Individuals who have transportation available can access services at the 24/7 Addiction and Mental Health Crisis Centre in London.
