Program Description

Community Wellness Program provides recreation, social and leadership opportunities for individuals living with a mental illness in the community and includes activities such as meal planning, preparation and budgeting. Guest speakers enhance skills and develop linkages with other service providers. Assessment, advocacy, consultation and evaluation are available.
