Program Description

Transitional Housing Serenity House supports men who have successfully completed treatment in a residential facility. A prospective applicant must move directly from treatment into Transitional Housing. The homes provide a safe environment free from alcohol and drugs where individuals can start to put into practice skills learned in treatment and helps many individuals who are at risk of homelessness in becoming stably housed.

Access Information

Individuals are to be referred by the treatment facility where they are completing treatment. Do not send assessment packages prior to the individual contacting the organization. There will be a screening assessment and interview.

• Additional Cost: Yes, Shelter fee only, must purchase own food, etc. not exceeding Ontario Works or ODSP rental allowance.
