Program Description

This program provides Community Treatment Order (CTO) coordination to referring physicians and stakeholders. Education and consultation is provided to patients, families and community stakeholders/service providers. Outreach services to schedule 1 facilities within the Middlesex, Elgin and Oxford counties.

Access Information

Physician referral only. Initial referral may be made by telephone. A preliminary assessment to be completed to determine if the patient meets CTO criteria as outlined in the Mental Health Act. A physician must be available to provide on-going community treatment.
