Program Description

Access CAMH processes all outpatient referrals and connects them with the right outpatient service within CAMH.

Access Information

For most mental health services, a physician or nurse practitioner referral is required. See website for program-specific information and to access the referral form.
For addiction services, individuals can call to self-refer. If already connected to an addictions provider, a referral from that provider be required.
