Central Access is a toll-free number for those who need to connect to the Toronto Withdrawal Management Services System. Central Access professionals help clients find the right level of service for their withdrawal needs.

Families/caregivers can be present during intake to support the client, with consent.

For anyone requiring information about withdrawal management services who is 16 years of age or older. Please call.
Individuals will be asked to report all substances used within the last 72 hours.
