Peer/Self-Help - Mental Health

Program Description

Peer navigators work with the Crisis Teams within the Emergency Departments of North York General Hospital and Southlake Regional Health Centre. During program hours, individuals presenting with mental health an/or addiction issues in either of these emergency department locations, may be referred to the Peer Navigator by the crisis team, or can request to meet with the Peer Navigator.
