Program Description

Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) provides behavioural healthcare services for older adults in Ontario with, or at risk of, responsive behaviours/personal expressions associated with dementia, complex mental health, substance use and/or other neurological conditions.

The initiative also provides support to family care partners and healthcare providers across sectors.

Access Information

All referrals are processed at a regional level. Referrals or requests for information can come from any source, including the general public.

General inquiries regarding the nature of support provided by BSO can be directed to the BSO Provincial Coordinating Office (PCO) alongside information regarding where to submit a referral.
