Program Description

The Access Point Northwest is a common point of access for mental health services located within the boundaries of Thunder Bay.

Through the use of an electronic common referral form (The Access Point Northwest), clients are referred and screened for the most appropriate program within the partnership to meet the clients' needs. Clients not meeting the criteria are re-directed to the most fitting service.
