Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health

Program Description

The Therapy Program provides one to one counselling and treatment to individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma and complex grief. The program provides support with symptom reduction, improved coping and wellness.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources including self, family, and service providers. Call to speak with a Coordinated Access worker, fax or fill out the online referral form.
