Intensive/Day Treatment - Mental Health

Program Description

The Wellness Treatment Program offers an evidence-based stepped-care approach, in delivering and monitoring a client’s mental health treatment. Program intensity can be either “stepped up” or “stepped down” depending on the level of need. The program offers time-limited mental health assessments and treatment. Services are primarily delivered via group therapy. A limited number of individual sessions may be provided to support learning and applying the concepts taught in the group sessions

The Wellness Treatment Program is supported by occupational therapy, social work, nursing, a mental health therapist and a consulting psychiatrist when needed.

Access Information

Self-referrals are accepted. Referrals accepted from hospitals and and other community organizations. Call for service. An initial assessment appointment will be scheduled. All referrals are screened for safety and suitability.
