Program Description

Centralized Intake service for the Ottawa Geriatric Psychiatry Services at both the Geriatric Psychiatry Community Services of Ottawa and at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre (ROMHC). This service will allow community partners to refer to all specialized outpatient Geriatric Psychiatry services in one simple step.

Access Information

Physician referrals only.
Complete the Central Intake referral form with your referral question/detailed request and pertinent information.
Requests will be triaged to the most appropriate service ensuring that the individual receives the right service in the shortest time possible.
Questions may be answered about outpatient Geriatric Psychiatry services by calling the Central Intake number.
