Bed-Based Supportive Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

An 18-month housing program for men and male-identifying individuals, focused on those currently in the early stages of recovery, especially those leaving treatment and or post-treatment programs. Residents are asked to commit to abstinence from substance use for the duration of their stay. As part of the care plan, staff will work with clients to access longer term housing when they leave the program. Clients participate in community living, including mandatory chore completion.

Access Information

Self-referrals are accepted. Referrals are also accepted from withdrawal management services, treatment programs, social service agencies, health service providers.
