Program Description

An interdisciplinary team designed to provide geriatric consultation, assessment, and treatment to older adults and their families. Services may include medication management, service planning symptom management, and therapy. This program serves older adults who are experiencing mental health concerns including psychiatric illness, mood disorders, and/or psychotic disorders.

All referrals accepted, including self-referrals. To access this program, please call or complete the Oceans online e-referral form.
Staff screens and completes the assessment to ensure the individual is directed to the most appropriate therapeutic intervention services available.
