Program Description

Le CAP's outpatient clinic offers therapeutic group services for children and their parents that meet several clinical needs (eg, anxiety, ADHD, emotions management), as well as a variety of parenting workshops. (eg, positive discipline, communication). These groups are an opportunity for families to receive clinical help while benefiting from peer support.

French to follow:
La clinique externe du Centre Le CAP offre des services de groupes thérapeutiques destinés aux enfants et à leurs parents répondant à plusieurs besoins cliniques (p.ex., anxiété, TDAH, gestion des émotions), de même qu’une diversité d’ateliers parentaux (p.ex., discipline positive, communication). Ces groupes sont une opportunité pour les familles de recevoir de l’aide clinique tout en bénéficiant d’appui par les pairs.

Access Information

No referral needed. Groups and workshops are offered three times a year (fall, winter, spring). Call for information when groups are offered.
