Home Care - Mental Health

Program Description

A range of community based intensive counselling and supports for children, youth and their families who are experiencing social, emotional or behavioural difficulties at home, in school or in the community. Child and Youth Workers will support a young person and their family in home and/or school and /or in the community.

Access Information

Call to book an appointment with Intake. Individuals under the age of 18 under sole custody of one parent are eligible for services. If custody is shared, consent must be obtained from both parties. Youth who are 12 years and older will be seen independently from parents.
