Program Description

The Single Session Service provides single counselling session which focuses on strengths and abilities. The session will aim to help navigate one current challenge, create change and develop new strategies to get “un-stuck” from a difficult place.

Call, contact through the website, or attend a site to schedule a session. Referral accepted from children, youth, parents, caregivers and third parties. Children who self refer must be able to use and understand the information provided once they engage in services.
