Case Management and Community Services Triage is the first point of contact for those seeking assistance with mental health and/or physical health concerns. Intake workers can complete the necessary assessments for service determination for program and services within CMHA Durham. Intake workers provide information regarding system navigation & complete appropriate referrals to other service providers within the Durham Region.
