Outpatient Clinic - Mental Health

Program Description

A team of psychiatrists provide consultation, assessment and treatment to individuals in other service components of the Mental Health and Addiction Program.

Services include:
- consultation for medication review
- diagnostic clarification or short term management

Access Information

Referrals accepted from physicians, nurse practitioners, and community organizations. Individuals without a primary care provider will be supported in connecting with a walk-in clinic for referral and follow-up care. Individuals will be referred back to their primary care provider when services are completed.

Assessments are not provided for: legal, insurance, custody, CAS, WSIB, or forensic reasons.

Referrals are not accepted for assessment/treatment where the primary concern relates to: Chronic Pain, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Delay, Anger Management, Relationship or individual counselling, Eating Disorder.
