Professional psychotherapy services are offered to assist individuals, couples and families experiencing personal adjustment and relationship difficulties to attain an improved level of wellness and satisfaction in life.

Individuals interested in any counselling program may refer themselves. Please call reception.
Parental consent for counseling for children under 12 years old is required.

• Program Cost: Yes, Our fees are based on a sliding scale geared to income, number of dependents in the home, and ability to pay. Fees range from $5-$65. If you attend the single counselling session, there is an expectation that you will pay for that session. However, service is never denied based on an inability to pay. At our Oshawa location, we accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
