Program Description

A holistic community mental health service for youth aged 18-35. The program supports young adults by focusing on the social determinants of health. Young adults can select the programs and opportunities which best support them in their recovery.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from self, social service agencies and professionals. Initially, the client has a tour of the clubhouse and then books an intake interview with the intake worker if they wish to participate. Intake process usually takes two to three weeks.
