Program Description

The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program provides access to evidence-based, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and related approaches to Ontarians with depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions. OSP is a stepped-care program including self-led resources supported by a coach or clinician, and individual or group therapy where required.

Access Information

Primary care providers (family doctor, nurse practitioner) or psychiatrists can refer individuals into the OSP program. Individuals can also self refer. Please indicate “OSP” or “CBT” on the referral form.
